For hygiene and safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns on cosmetic products once they have been delivered. However, we do offer refunds or replacements in limited cases listed below.

Refund & Replacement Eligibility

We will offer a refund or replacement ONLY if:

✔️ You contact us within 24 hours of delivery

✔️ You provide clear photos and video proof

✔️ The item is unused and in its original packaging

❌ Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do NOT offer refunds or returns for:

❌ Opened skincare products

❌ Sale, promotional, or clearance items

❌ Gifted items

❌ Limited edition or collection items (unless damaged)

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must email us within 24hours and include:

Full name

Order number

Clear photos and video of the issue

Screenshot of your order confirmation

Once approved, we will:

✅ Send a replacement at no extra cost OR

✅ Issue a full refund if the item is unavailable

🚚 Return Shipping

If the mistake is ours, we cover the return shipping. If the customer changes their mind Return shipping is paid by the customer

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
